PROJ.ACT (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws, and has established and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of this app (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).
Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The Company does not use the processed information for any purpose other than those listed below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with relevant laws.
- Membership Registration and Management
- To identify users and manage accounts through social login (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.), the Company collects and uses email addresses and, if necessary, phone numbers.
- Provision and Operation of the Service
- During use of the app, the Company may collect behavioural data such as sentences written by the user, features used, and button clicks to provide personalised services and for statistical analysis.
- Marketing and Promotions
- The Company may use contact information such as email addresses to provide marketing information including events, announcements, and promotions. (Users may opt out.)
- Payment Services
- The Company provides in-app purchase services and ad removal options, and processes the minimum necessary information for confirming payment details and handling refunds.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
- When registering for membership (social login)
- Required: Email address (unique identifier provided by the social login service)
- Optional: Phone number (depending on the social account type, may be provided or optionally requested)
- When using the Service
- Usage records (e.g. in-app button clicks, used features, written sentences), access logs, and device information (OS, browser, etc.)
- When making payments
- Payment history, payment methods (in-app purchase, Toss, etc.), and information required for refund processing
Article 3 (Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information)
- Upon account deletion
- In principle, the Company will immediately destroy the user's personal information upon account deletion. However, if retention is required by relevant laws (e.g. Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), the information will be separately stored and then destroyed after the legally required period.

- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
- Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
