1. Overview

We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, sell, support, and improve Comnyang.

2. Information We Collect

• Purchase and order information: When you buy Comnyang, Lemon Squeezy may process your name, email address, billing details, payment information, tax information, and transaction records.
• Support information: If you contact us, we may receive your email address, message content, device/app details you choose to share, and related troubleshooting information.
• Website information: When you visit comnyang.com, we and our providers collect page views, device and browser type, the referring page, campaign parameters (UTM), ad click IDs, your IP address, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7A). If you buy, we send Meta and TikTok the order ID, amount, and currency to measure our ads. Meta and TikTok also receive a hashed (not readable) version of your email address and customer ID, together with your browser's user agent and their ad cookie IDs, so they can match the purchase to an ad you saw or clicked.
• App information: Comnyang may store local preferences on your device, such as settings, customization choices, reminder preferences, and app state. If you sign in or link a license, some settings may be synced with your Comnyang account.
• App usage and diagnostic information: Comnyang may collect limited app usage and diagnostic events, such as app launches, feature usage events, app version, operating system, language setting, error codes, and crash or failure diagnostics. We do not collect your license key, payment card details, custom messages, reminder text, screen contents, keystrokes, recordings, or session replay data through app analytics.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly store full credit card numbers. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax calculation, fraud prevention, invoices/receipts, and related merchant-of-record obligations according to its own policies.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide, deliver, license, and support Comnyang.
• To process orders, refunds, license issues, and customer support requests.
• To improve the website, product experience, documentation, and customer communication.
• To understand how Comnyang features are used, measure product reliability, diagnose errors, and prioritize improvements.
• To measure and improve our advertising, such as counting purchases that came from an ad.
• To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
