1. Summary

Comnyang is a digital software product delivered by download and/or license key. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are only available under limited conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• The license key has not been activated.
• The app has not been used after activation.
• The purchase was made through the official Comnyang checkout.

Once a license key has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined in situations including, but not limited to:

• The license key has been activated.
• The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
• The request is based on a change of mind after activation.
• The purchase was made outside the official checkout or through an unauthorized reseller.
• The issue is caused by unsupported devices, unsupported operating system versions, or third-party system changes not listed as supported.
